Thank you for using our Atlassian Forge application. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. Because this app is built entirely on the modern Atlassian Forge platform, it operates under strict security and data residency guidelines provided natively by Atlassian.

        Zero-Data-Transfer Promise: We do not operate external servers, databases, or analytics infrastructure. Your data never leaves the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
    

1. Data Collection and Processing

Our application processes Jira project and issue data (such as issue statuses, timestamps, and configurations) solely to calculate and visualize your project's buffer consumption and progress ("Fever Chart").

No Personal Tracking: We do not collect, track, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) or user behavior profiles.
In-Memory Processing: Data processing happens dynamically within the safe runtime environment managed by Atlassian Forge.

2. Data Storage

Any configuration settings specific to the app (for example, custom status mappings for your Fever Chart) are stored exclusively within your own Jira instance using the official Atlassian Forge Hosted Storage API.

We have no independent access to this storage.
When you uninstall the application, all locally stored configuration data is automatically purged by Atlassian.

3. Third-Party Services and Subprocessors

We do not share, sell, or transmit any data to third-party services, marketing networks, or external analytics tools. Atlassian Cloud acts as the sole infrastructure provider and subprocessor for this app.

4. Your Rights under GDPR / Global Privacy Laws

Since all data remains within your company's Atlassian Jira site, your rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or data portability are fully managed through your Atlassian account administration settings.
